I'm a strong believer in passion. Passion is what drives people to succeed, it's what we look for when we fall in love and its something that in my opinion is necessary for a good chef. Its the key ingredient in every recipe I've successfully made. When passion doesn't drive me, I work hard, but there's not joy in the baking.
